  1. Change your environment to match your goals.
  2. Change your choices to better ones.
  3. Find your personal trigger food and keep them away. Don’t stash the food you should not be eating. If it is not there, you cannot eat it.
  4. Minimise the difficult decisions that you’re going to make.
  5. Healthy eating is a default, not an option.
  6. Make your environment work for you, not against you.
