I love going to crossfit gyms for worksouts when I am overseas. I love it they have crossfit gyms everywhere in the world. What a great way to start a holiday traveling day with adrenaline and a good sweat. Xplore crossfit was within distance to where my hostel was at. They have classes as early as 6.30 am. Nice.

Weights set up

Convoy Coffee was on the way to Pike Place Market. It seemed like a cool place so I popped in for a coffee even though deep down inside, I know I shouldn’t be having coffee this early in the morning and especially not after crossfit when my adrenaline was still pretty high. Oh well. What we know and what we should do, always at conflict.

This was like a creative working space for people to work. I love the open window concept! Nothing like bright sunlight to brighten up a day.

Pike place market, where even chefs come to buy produce for their cook.

@Coffee at Local Art cafe. Independent coffee shop.

The ‘secret’ in the sky. @Pike Place Urban garden. The sign reads ‘DO NOT PICK THE VEGGIES! It scares the plants.’

Garden art.

A fruit jar made by the flood tour guide and with his home made whip cream on it. It is nice. Home made is always nice.

My retirement plan. The van, not breaking bad.

@Cafe Ladro, a local cafe. The barista added a glass of soda water to the machiatto I ordered. I asked why. He said that the soda water cleanses the palatte and removes the after coffee taste in the mouth. First time I was given soda water as a chaser after coffee. Another thing I noted, the machiatto I have had so far here in Seattle come with a lot of milk unlike the ones in singapore ,  made usually with just a dollop of foam on top.

Something I read in a magazine. Humanity is lost.

Recreational drugs advertisement.
