  3. Try harder to stick to your budget. 
  4. Volunteer. 
  5. Donate to charity. 
  6. Go vegetarian. 
  7. Take up meditation. 
  8. Do what you’ve been meaning to do for a while now. 
  9. Read more often. 
  10. Brighten someone’s day.
